1. The defendant shall pay 29,790,000 won to the plaintiff and 3% per annum from January 21, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim for the return on investment from September 5, 2016 to October 20, 2016, which belongs to the Defendant’s end that he/she would give the Defendant a return on investment along with the principal at the time of the claim’s presentation of money (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
