After the Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products, the Defendants leased the old E-factory warehouse located in Gyeongdong Group D, and Defendant A took charge of manufacturing fake petroleum products in the above warehouse; Defendant B took charge of managing the above warehouse; Defendant B took charge of the control over soft, Toluene, and Methol, etc. in the above warehouse when he was under the control of the police around the above warehouse if he was under the control of the police in the above warehouse.
1.
