Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude a different conclusion with each of the statements of Gap evidence Nos. 7 and 11 (including each number), which are additionally submitted in the court of first instance, as it is, in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
