The Defendant retired from office without having agreed on the extension of the due date, and the Defendant did not pay the total of 7,694,480 won of wages and retirement allowances from February 2, 201 to May 2 of the same year within 14 days from the date of his retirement.

In addition, the Defendant did not pay wages and retirement allowances of 292,695,203 in total for 43 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as stated in the attached list of crimes.

F From December 13, 2010 to July 10, 2011, “F” retired from office in charge of web planning work at the said company, and the Defendant did not pay 14,818,700 won to F within 14 days from the date of his retirement without having agreed on the extension of the payment date with F.

In addition, the Defendant did not pay wages and retirement allowances of KRW 922,967,510 for total 55 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
