Punishment of the crime
On August 10, 2013, the Defendant driven around 00:43, the 0.205% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km B observer car volume from around the restaurant of “Saman Shab Shabbb” in front of the New-dong Hospital in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul to the road front of the 777 Gandong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
