On August 2, 2012, around 02:22, the Defendant: (a) called the phone number on the cell phone number recorded in the front page of the arrangement of commercial sex acts in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, 206, 801, and (b) carried out commercial sex acts by paying KRW 130,000 to D, a female commercial sex offender who has been found at the above location, in order to engage in commercial sex acts after going through a telephone with his cell phone number recorded in the front page of the arrangement of commercial sex acts.
