A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopon (tentatively referred to as “copon,” hereinafter referred to as “copon”).
1. On February 5, 2019, the Defendant sold philophones, one hundred thousand won in cash, and approximately 0.05 g of philophones contained in the part of the Defendant’s CFD vehicle parked on the parking lot of the Suwon-si B market rooftop, Suwon-si, and the part of the Defendant’s philophones sold 0.05 g of philophones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On February 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around February 5, 2019, entered the Defendant’s CFD vehicle parked in the parking lot on the BB rooftop; (b) injected philophones into a single-use injection machine; and dilution with water; and (c) injected philophones into the arms.
B. Around April 5, 2019, the Defendant, along with the aforementioned D on April 5, 2019, administered phiphones in collusion with the following methods: (a) at the dwelling of D located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, by dividing the volume of phiphones into two types of phiphones; and (b) dilution with water:

On May 2019, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with the foregoing D in the residence of D located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, on May 1, 2019; (b) divided the volume of phiphones into two parts of the disposable-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and dilution water; and (c) injected phiphones in collusion with each of the following methods:

On April 2019, the Defendant purchased penphones with approximately 0.5g of philophones contained in the “F” located in Suwon-si around Suwon-si around the early P.O. of April 2019, within G passenger cars, G with cash of KRW 200,000 and 0.5g of philophones contained in the “F” which was stopped in Suwon-si.
4. On April 5, 2019, the Defendant received philophones from the Defendant: (a) at the residence of D located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si E, and (b) at the residence of D, the Defendant received philophones with approximately 0.05 g of philophones without compensation.
5. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged property shall be the head of Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, around 15:00 on June 8, 2019.
