1. The Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,377,893 and its amount from March 3, 2017 to July 24, 2019.
Under the underlying facts, the following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the following: Gap evidence Nos. 1-3, 5, 6, Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 6 (including a branch number; hereinafter the same shall apply), the appraisal result of the appraiser C (hereinafter the "Appraiser"), the overall purport of each request for the supplementation of expert evidence against the appraiser.
The plaintiff, such as the status of the parties, is an autonomous management organization composed of the occupants to manage the A apartment 7-dong 533 households (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case"). The defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation is a person who has issued the warranty bond for the apartment of this case, and the defendant B Co., Ltd. Defendant B completed the new construction of the instant apartment around March 2005 and completed the same year.
