Inasmuch as the facts stated in “the cause of claim” do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by the respective entries in subparagraphs A through 4 (including the serial number) and the purport of the entire pleadings, compulsory execution based on the payment order of the acquisition money case against the Plaintiff by the Defendant should be denied.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
