Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On September 16, 2014, the Defendant promised to purchase approximately 2.1 grams from D to KRW 1.5 million.
Accordingly, around September 16, 2014, the Defendant purchased the remainder of KRW 500,000 from the same place on September 16, 2014, after receiving approximately 2.1g of philopon from D as part of the purchase price of philopon in front of the convenience store in the vicinity of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E apartment.
B. On October 1, 2014, around 03:00 on October 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased opphones from the street room near the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E apartment, under the name of the purchase price for 500,000 won for opphones, and purchased 0.7 grams from opphones.
2. On September 30, 2014, around 23:30 on September 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was parked from Defendant’s car parked on the street in front of “Gju store” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as the price for selling philopon; (b) around 03:20 on October 1, 2014, the Defendant 1-B to that female at the same place.
As stated in the paragraph, approximately 0.7g of philophones purchased and sold them.
3. Medication of phiphones.
A. A around September 16, 2014, the Defendant, who administered philophones, was parked on the street in the art of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around September 16, 2014 at a passenger car parked on the front side of the park located in the art of the Namdong-gu, Incheon.
As in the paragraph, the philophone, purchased, administered the dypon to the coffee.
B. On October 1, 2014, the Defendant, who administered philophones, is located in I around October 1, 2014 in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
