The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted all of the facts charged of this case on the ground that there was no proof of crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of illegally committing official document and the crime of obstructing the execution of official duties by fraudulent means

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
