A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and D(18 years of age, women) together lived in the dwelling of the defendant in Gyeongbuk-gun E around 2012.
1. A thief;
A. On May 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim’s his/her father, who is his/her father, was present at the factory in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, F, and caused D to drink with money in his/her house by stating that “I am with money in his/her house;” and (b) caused D to feel theft.
The Defendant: (a) had D, at the same day’s residence, stolen the head of a post office owned by the victim G located in the head of the Si/Gun/Gu; and (b) had D, enter the head of a Tong into the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim’s post office; and (c) had D withdraw one million won in cash owned by the victim’s post office by entering the password on the back of the head of the Tong.
B. On May 2012, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant, called “D with money at home” to read “D with money at home,” and had D take a thief for theft, using the gap in which the victim G worked in the factory.”
The Defendant: (a) had D, at the same day, stolen a victim G’s residence; (b) had D stolen a passbook of a community credit cooperative, one million won in cash owned by the victim G in the front of the passbook; and (c) had D withdraw one million won in cash owned by the community credit cooperative by inserting the passbook to a cash withdrawal machine managed by the community credit cooperative; and (d) inputting the password on the back of the passbook.
2. Around 01:00 on February 19, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) reported that the victim D was seated on the floor with his/her known body, and taken a photograph of the victim’s body with his/her cell phone in advance against the victim’s will.
3. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a).
