B. The Defendant stated that it would be necessary to pay money to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff would have borrowed KRW 7,00,000 to the Defendant on May 2, 2013, and the same year

C. Around September 2013, the Defendant prepared a document stating the following as the loan relation certificate and issued it to the Plaintiff with the signature and seal affixed by the Defendant.

D. The Defendant: (a) KRW 450,000 on May 15, 2013 (hereinafter both referred to as “the same year”) to the Plaintiff; (b)

2. The parties' assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff asserted the parties that the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 53 million to the Defendant at 5% interest per month, and that the Plaintiff lent the amount of KRW 53 million to the Defendant, until September 30, 2013, as above 1. D.

Inasmuch as 6,935,700 won was paid to the Defendant, the principal borrowed is KRW 53 million and October 1, 2013.
