Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant argued by the Plaintiff, at the place where CJ members are gathered, the Defendant told the Plaintiff that “I am Y or come to be in the middle or in the middle or in the middle or in the middle or in the middle or in the middle or in the middle of the same month.”
