1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. From October 25, 2018, the above real estate.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, at the auction procedure, purchased ownership on October 25, 2018, after receiving a successful bid for the real estate stated in the separate sheet.
The defendant occupies and uses the above real estate until now.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above real estate to the plaintiff and return the unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
