The defendant, together with C and D, opened an account under the name of another person in a financial institution by making use of the defendant's photograph, and opened an account under the name of another person in a financial institution and conspired to receive 100,000 won per head of a Tong.

1. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, stamped a evidentiary photograph from a photographer of the E’s operation, located in the middle of Incheon or lower rank, and received a certified photograph file from C to C’s NA e-mail.

C informing D of C’s Nerberi and spare fat, D informed G of C’s Nerberi and spare fat by telephone so that G could download the Defendant’s photographic file stored in C’s Nerber e-mail.

G, on December 2, 2013, after accessing C’s above NA e-mail account at a place of police officers, received a photographic file to the Defendant, and then downloaded H’s personal information and the Defendant’s photograph in plastics similar in size and shape to his name and in an irregular manner together with his name, thereby forging one copy of the resident registration certificate in the name of the Chungcheongbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and forging one copy of the Defendant’s personal information and the Defendant’s photograph in the name of the Chungcheongbuk-do, and forged one copy of the resident registration certificate in the name of the Chungcheong-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Incheon-do.

G made use of Kwikset Services to deliver 2 copies of the above forged resident registration certificates to D.

The defendant was issued two copies of the above resident registration certificates forged by the above D.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, G, etc., set the resident registration certificate for H in the name of the Chungcheongbuk-do market, which is an official document, and the resident registration certificate for I in the name of the Chungcheongbuk-do market for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant’s exercise of forged official documents, forgery of private documents, and uttering of the above investigation documents to open a financial transaction account under H’s name shall be subject to two copies of an application form for deposit transaction at the location of the Saemaul Undong-dong, Saemaeul Treasury located in the 27-ro, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si around December 17, 2013.
