Details of the disposition
On November 18, 2003, pursuant to Article 10(1) of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Balanced Regional Development Support, the Defendant designated the size of 412,00 square meters as E district (F of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice), on April 21, 2005, the Defendant publicly announced the development master plan for E district (Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice G), on November 30, 2006, designated the size of 363,70 square meters for Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Day as Class I district unit planning zone (Public notice H of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice), and on November 26, 2009, included the size of 187 square meters in E-I district unit planning zone, and established a plan to systematically manage the said district unit planning zone and to induce individual construction in an area other than the special planning zone to the time of the housing reconstruction project, the Defendant determined the size of Gangdong-gu Special Metropolitan City renewal plan and its 144,007 square meters as Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to the aforementioned).

By October, 200, pursuant to Article 4-2 of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Improvement of Urban and Residential Environments, 509 of the total owners of land, etc. in the L zone participated in voting among 826 owners of land, etc. in the L zone on June 17, 2013, and 317 of the “project promotion” list, 154 of the “cancellation” list, and 38 of the invalid list, were announced as 18.64%.
On August 26, 2013, 266 owners of lands, etc. of L zones, such as G, submitted a written consent for cancellation of the rearrangement zone (pre-determined) to the head of Gangdong-gu.
The defendant shall be the Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 31, 2014.
