On April 6, 2017, around 02:10, the Defendant driven B Lone Star Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.163% in front of the exit 3 times in the air wave of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2-15-25.
