1. Indication of claim;
A. On May 30, 1970, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of “sale on October 5, 1959,” with respect to the 7 YY C forest land 7 YY (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
B. On August 21, 1967, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of superficies on the instant real estate on August 21, 1967, which is the “Defendant with superficies” and “Defendant with superficies” on August 17, 1967.

C. Since superficies of this case had expired the shortest duration of superficies under Article 281 of the Civil Act, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of superficies of this case.
