1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 36,815,825 and KRW 31,293,175 from January 29, 2019 to July 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading). (3) The Plaintiff’s legal interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was corrected as indicated in the Disposition.
