The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B which is a pressure-driven motor vehicle.

On December 18, 2013, at around 04:30, the Defendant driven the said Jindong while under the influence of alcohol with 0.064% of the blood alcohol concentration, and the Daegu Suhyup-dong 3-lane 3-lane 44 of the head office of the Daegu Bank came to proceed at the speed of about 40km from the finite distance to the horizontal intersection, depending on 3-lane 40km toward the horizontal intersection.
