1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 4,926,205,480 and KRW 3,000,000 among them, from September 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the payment of jointly and severally guaranteed bonds (as for the acquisition company: ASEAN investment securities company, issue price: 3 billion won, and joint and several sureties: Defendant, and maturity: September 1, 2013) of the 7th non-guaranteed general corporate bonds (as for the final transferor: the small and medium enterprise system: the small and medium enterprise system: the specialized company, the final transferee: the Plaintiff, and the final transferee: the date of the final transfer: the principal and interest of the bonds calculated as of June 24, 2016; 4,926,205,480 won) issued on September 1, 2010;
