Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. BH is divided into 1,028 square meters (102 square meters prior to BI on February 23, 2005, and 926 square meters prior to BG on July 25, 1985) prior to the division, GH is a “land prior to the division,” and the remaining BG area is 926 square meters prior to the division.
