A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 15:40 on September 15, 2016, the Defendant: (b) committed a eju facility operated by the victim D, the Plaintiff, at the front external display, stolen the 5,000 won of the market price, which was displayed at the scene, owned by the victim.
B. On September 10, 2016, around 13:02, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of two luxes of the market value of the victim D, who was displayed in the external display stand, by the Plaintiff.
C. On September 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at H convenience stores operated by the victim G in Haju-si F on September 18, 2016; (b) at the display stand, one coo chips equivalent to KRW 1,500, the market price of the victim’s possession displayed at the display stand, were cut off.

F. At around 18:00 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off a lock installed in the victim’s shot apartment 1 side, which was set up in the Hanju-si 347, Hanju-si, Hanju-si; (b) 800,000,000 won in the market price; and (c) cut off the bicycle with the gate.
G. At around 11:30 on October 1, 2016, the Defendant cut off the locks installed in the victim P, the victim P, who owned the second apartment 1, 1, 7-8 Ra, 347, 347, at the Hanju-si river, using a pen, and cut off the locks installed in the victim P, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000.
