1. The Defendant: (a) against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) KRW 39,458,974; (b) against the Appointed D, KRW 39,458,973; and (c) against each said money.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A, who had conducted gas, high-pressure gas retail, and gas facility construction works, with the trade name of “E”, supplied goods, such as construction materials, to the Defendant until February 11, 2019, and was not paid goods, KRW 78,917,947; A, who died on October 13, 2019 when the lawsuit of this case was pending, shall succeed to the above goods payment claim by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). A, who is a child of his/her co-inheritors, and his/her designated co-inheritors, shall succeed to the above goods payment claim by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
