On April 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on April 11, 2013. < Amended by Act No. 11883, Jun. 25, 2013>

In addition, on January 7, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Busan District Court on July 6, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on August 2, 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license around 08:30 on August 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 15km C Costaex vehicle from the 2nd apartment road located in the Dong-dong in Busandong-dong to the market discount road located in the Nam-dong-dong, Busandong-dong.

2. On September 5, 2017, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license on September 5, 2017 in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (dless driving) on or around September 5, 2017. While under the influence of alcohol content of 0.165% in blood, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 2 km in k from the parking lot front of the port at the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu Port, Busan Metropolitan Government, to the road front of the walk-dong road at each of the roads outside the tunnel of the same Gu.

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Busan District Court on January 7, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 6, 2015.

On January 9, 2018, at around 03:0, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports from “E” restaurant located in Kimhae-do; and (b) received a request for returning from G around the seat of the F District of the Police Station in the Kim Sea, the Defendant obstructed police officers’ legitimate handling of reports by 112.
