2. The Defendant’s crime is deemed to obstruct the performance of duties by police officers, and the nature of the crime is not good. However, considering other sentencing factors considering the lower court’s consideration, the lower court’s sentence is somewhat minor to the extent that the appellate court’s punishment is adjusted

subsection (b) of this section.

3. We cannot accept the appeal by the prosecutor of conclusion.
