While the Defendant was working at the “E convenience store” operated by the victim D in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant was willing to steal cash, etc. by using the time when the Defendant was married.

Defendant,

1. At around 06:00 on September 5, 2013, a victim’s cash 250,000 won, which was kept in the bank of the office at the above location, was stolen.

8. At around 23:59, KRW 13,00, the victim-owned cultural products of KRW 13,50, the victim-owned cultural products of KRW 5,00, KRW 6,00, KRW 17, KRW 5,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 360,000, total market value of KRW 6,00, KRW 5,000, KRW 6,000.

From 22:03 to 08:08 of the same month, customers who purchased goods with cash in the above place are pretended to cancel their purchase, and thus, they theft a total of 176,800 won with cash over 44 times in total, by means of making a total of 176,800 won under the POS machine’s cancellation pressing.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.
