1. As to KRW 25,285,58 and KRW 15,926,104 among the Plaintiff, Defendant C shall be from May 3, 2018 to the day of full payment.

A. The Plaintiff, as a credit service provider, entered into a monetary loan agreement with Defendant C as follows:

According to the facts found in the determination as to the claim against Defendant C, Defendant C is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 34.8% per annum from May 3, 2018 to the date of full payment with respect to the agreed delay interest rate of 25,285,58 won and 15,926,104 won (the principal balance of 1,2, and 3 in the above table) from May 3, 2018 to the date of full payment, calculated at the rate of 34.8% per annum from May 3, 2018 to the date of full payment (the principal balance of 4 in the above table).
3. Determination as to the claim against Defendant D
A. Defendant C disposed of the instant real estate, the sole property by concluding the instant sales contract, to Defendant D.
This is an act detrimental to the creditors including the plaintiff, and the defendant C is this act.
