Punishment of the crime
1. At around 12:43 on the same day, the Defendant continued to receive KRW 95 million in cyber money from a virtual gambling account of Addi’s virtual gambling account, which was subscribed to F in the name of F. On the same day, the Defendant filed an application for withdrawal of KRW 11,977,00 on the above Internet gambling site at around 16:07 on the same day.
Therefore, from 16:47 to 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant received 100 million won from the above K account to the Agricultural Cooperative (N) account in the name of F in 22 times. From 21:39 to 22:27 on the same day, 30 million won out of the above amount is the community credit cooperatives account in the name of the Defendant, and 20 million won is the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and 20 million won is the national bank account in the name of the Defendant.
