Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On September 27, 2015, at around 01:40 on September 27, 2015, the Defendant listened to the victim D, the police officer of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from around 01:40 to four persons without any reason, who have shown that the victim D, the police officer, is waiting for the morale of tobacco.
The victim publicly insultingd the victim by stating that he/she “atisfy”.
