Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, as against the Defendants.
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 02:00 on January 21, 2014, the Defendants’ co-offenders: (a) reported that the victim’s market price, which was set up at the victim E, was 60,000 won, was set up in front of the victim E’s house in Gongju-si, and the key to XG was set up; and (b) Defendant B was on board the front line; and (c) Defendant A was able to drive the vehicle while getting on the driver’s seat and driving the vehicle.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. Defendant A
A. On January 21, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven a Franchising car without obtaining a driving license from a 2 km section from the front of the E’s house located in D, to the front of the Defendant’s house located in G, located in the same city, to the front of the Defendant’s house located in G.
B. At around 14:00 on January 21, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle listed in the foregoing paragraph (a) without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 40km section from the front of the factory listed in the foregoing paragraph (a) to the pure loan road located in the Heung-dong, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, 2963.
C. On January 23, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) reached the roads from pure loan front to the cheon-Speed Bus Terminal located in the Yanan-si, Yanan-si; (b) again, the Defendant driven the car indicated in the said paragraph without obtaining a driver’s license from the 80km section from the pure loan front road until the said pure loan road.
On January 31, 2014, at around 06:0, the Defendant driven a vehicle described in the foregoing paragraph (a) without obtaining a driving license from around 40km section from the pure loan front to the tent bus terminal parking lot specified in the foregoing paragraph (b).
E. On January 31, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant entered the foregoing paragraph (a) without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 40 km from the 115 knific bus terminal parking lot to the 115 osan City culture, and without obtaining a driver’s license from the 40km section to the pure loan front road as stated in the foregoing paragraph (b).
