[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Chuncheon District Court on December 10, 2013 and completed the execution of the above sentence on October 16, 2015, and Defendant B was sentenced to two times of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Red Prison on October 16, 2015, and Defendant B was sentenced to two times of criminal records of the same kind of crime, including imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Daegu District Court on June 27, 2007.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On March 27, 2016, the Defendant received and delivered 0.03 gramphonephones to H from the off-factory located in Daegu Seo-gu G, Daegu-gu, which had been operated before the Defendant’s leakage or F, around March 27, 2016.

(2) On April 20, 2016, the Defendant provided and received approximately 0.03 gramphones to H prior to the J Burial in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for free.

(3) On June 5, 2016, the Defendant provided and received approximately 0.03g of opphones from L LW’s street in Daegu-gu K with H free of charge.

(4) On September 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 2.50,000 from H into the bank account under the name of the Defendant or F; (b) concealed approximately 0.6 grams on the part of the high-speed bus freight in Daegu Daejeon, and traded phiphones by means of having H receive the express bus number, contact number, arrival time, etc. from H.

(5) On September 25, 2016, the Defendant traded phiphonephones by selling approximately 0.6g of opphones to H in the vicinity of any shooting distance in the Daegu-gu, Seo-gu to 200,000 won.

(6) On October 4, 2016, the Defendant sold and purchased approximately 0.6g of oponphones to H at the place of the above paragraph (5) around October 4, 2016, by selling approximately 0.6g of opons to H at KRW 2

(7) On December 2, 2016, the Defendant is located in Daegu-gu G.
