A. The Committee for Promotion of the Establishment of Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (hereinafter “Establishment Promotion Committee of this case”) was established for the E Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project promoted in Pyeongtaek-si F, and Defendant A is the chairperson of the Committee for Promotion of the Establishment of this case, Defendant B, and C, and Defendant D’s auditor.

B. On February 1, 2012, the Establishment Promotion Committee of the instant case entered into a business service contract with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the management entity specialized in improvement projects. The main contents are as follows. The Defendants jointly and severally guaranteed the service payment obligation to the Plaintiff as the executives of the Establishment Promotion Committee of the instant case’s establishment.

Total service amount: service amount of 9100 won per square meter (VAT) , 172,243 square meters x 9,100 won x 1,567,411,300 won (VAT) from the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of the partnership liquidation: Article 3 (Details and Scope of Services and Obligations of the Promotion Committee for Establishment of the Association of this case)

1. The contents of service affairs entrusted or sought advice by the Establishment Promotion Committee of the instant case to the Plaintiff are the scope of duties set forth in the following subparagraphs:

(1) Work prescribed in Article 69 of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents: - (Omission) - (1) Affairs concerning the consent to establish a cooperative and the support for a rearrangement project (hereinafter omitted) - (2) affairs concerning preparation of a project implementation plan which is a outlined project implementation plan; (3) affairs concerning preparation of a list of association members - preparation of a list of association articles of association - preparation of a written consent for the establishment of the association - (4) affairs concerning the operation of the association; (5) consulting on the project implementation plan - (Omission) affairs concerning the selection of a contractor - (6) affairs concerning the consultation on project implementation - (Omission) affairs concerning the analysis of commercial districts and

2. The establishment promotion committee of the instant case is for all the members of the instant association.
