1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 7, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant with the indication of the claim: (a) borrowed KRW 120 million from the Plaintiff on November 30, 2015, the due date for payment was set as of November 30, 2015; and (b) did not repay it to the Plaintiff; (c) thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff KRW 120 million and the damages for delay.
