Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the actual manager of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd., Ltd., and was employed from December 2, 2012 to December 12, 2012, 201, and was retired from the said workplace and did not pay KRW 500,000,000 to December 12, 2012 within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of the occurrence of the cause for the payment, without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.
