Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
On August 8, 2017, the Defendant purchased a clock clock (one clock clock clock clock clock, hereinafter “clock clock clock), which is a local mental medicine, and had a mind to make profits by selling clocks through the Internet Meblock program.
1. Around 13:00 on August 12, 2017, the Defendant promised to purchase a philopon from a philopon sales business operator who connects to the Internet Messenger program called “D” by using a portable phone at the Defendant’s home located in the Chungcheongbuk-si C and 501, and whose name is unknown.
On August 12, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 2.75,00,00 in the name of philopon from the cash payment instrument around 18:16 to the bank account in the name of F used by philopon dealers from Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Namcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, the Defendant received approximately KRW 4.86 g of philopon, which was contained in the plastic flopon paper, around 18:30 on August 12, 2017, in order to cut off the flopon in and attached to the flopon E near Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant sold and sold a local mental medicine.
2. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant provided information on the purchase and sale of drugs with a psychotropic spirit: (a) connected the instant Mesenger with “H” by using a portable phone at the location of the phone at issue; and (b) posted a letter “D”, the meaning of “I”, stating that “D sells the instant Mesenger from D’s instant Mesenger to I’s ID.”
As a result, the defendant widely known or presented information related to the sale and purchase of local mental drugs to others through telecommunications.
3. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant, who attempted to sell and purchase drugs with a psychotropic spirit, promised to sell approximately KRW 2.19g 2,60,000,00 to the police officer who pretended to buy and sell the instant Melopon in connection with the Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Mel
After all, the defendant will move before the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J around 19:20 on August 15, 2017.
