The Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service on December 10, 2013, was directly issued a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the head of the Military Affairs Administration of Gwangju Southern-gu, that he will enlist in the defendant's house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C apartment 1607, and in the 306 supplementary unit located in the Dong-dong of the Government as of December 17, 2013, but failed to enlist for three days from the date of enlistment without good cause even though the period of three days from the date of enlistment expires.
