1. The defendant is the Chuncheon District Court with regard to the plaintiffs' share of 1/4 of the 12,885 square meters of forest land in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From February 3, 1939, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 17, 1939 for J, K, L, and M 4 with respect to the 9 5-19-2 forest of M M M M-gun in Gangwon-do.

C. The protocol by forest and field lot number prepared in the name of Gangwon-gu Tax Office is also written by the owner of the above H,O, R, T, and Q forest as “three others”.
On October 1, 1970, the name-based Gun agreed to use the above H,O, and R forest as an access road to the construction of the television relay transmission station, and sent the consent form.
E. In relation to the 45,917 square meters of a forest in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, the registration of Gangseo-gu District Court Branching the Chuncheon District Court and the registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the Defendant’s future as of July 30, 1985, and the registration conversion and division of land became 12,885 square meters of F forest land due to registration conversion and division of land (hereinafter “the land No. 1”).
F. In relation to the 198 square meters of land for Tan-gun, Seocheon-gun, Gangwon-do, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the Defendant’s future on December 13, 198, the registration of Gangseo-gu District Court was received on December 13, 198 and the registration of ownership preservation was completed on December 13, 198, and due to the change of administrative district name, registration conversion, land category change, Gangwon-do, the land for Gan-si (hereinafter “instant land”) was 198 square meters of land for Gan-si (hereinafter “instant land”).
G. The J died on August 12, 1971, and the U.S. who succeeded to J also died on December 28, 2010, and the Plaintiffs jointly succeeded to U.S. status.
