B and the Defendant enter into a sales contract on February 6, 2012 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

(a) B B B, a loan agreement, etc. between the Korea Standards Bank and the Korea Standards Bank, Inc. (1) B, on July 23, 2003, the Korea Standards Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Standards Bank”)

(2) On September 17, 2010, 200 won, 189,000 won was 185,000 won, 25% of the interest rate per annum, and 25% of the above loan amount was loaned, but B did not repay the above loan debt, thereby losing the benefit of time. (2) The bank filed a lawsuit against B against B on the basis of the above loan claim amount under Seoul Central District Court Decision 2010Da252696. The above court decided on September 17, 2010 that “B shall pay to Nonparty bank the amount calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from June 23, 2010 to the date of full payment” (hereinafter “instant judgment”). The above judgment became final and conclusive as is on November 9, 2010.

B. On August 21, 2012, B entered into a sales contract between B and the Defendant with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the name of C (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartment,” and jointly referred to as “each real estate listed in the separate sheet”) with the Defendant as KRW 420,00,000 (hereinafter referred to as “instant sales contract”) as to each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the separate sheet in the separate sheet in the separate sheet, and the same year.

2.6. After completing the registration of ownership transfer (Seoul Western District Court Decision 3355) in its own name with respect to each of the instant real estate, the registration of ownership transfer (Seoul Western District Court Decision 3360) was completed in the name of the defendant for each of the instant real estate in the name of the defendant.

C. On January 22, 2013, the non-party bank that acquired the Plaintiff’s claim entered into an asset transfer agreement with the Plaintiff and the same year.
