A. Defendant EPP Construction Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 289,703,478; and (b) from April 10, 2010 to May 15, 2015.

A. Defendant EPP Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant EPP Construction”) contracted to perform field management supervision and overall work process from EPP Industries Co., Ltd., and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) was awarded a contract for construction of the said new construction from Defendant EP construction (hereinafter “instant construction”), and the Plaintiff is the Defendant B’s team.

B. On April 10, 2010, according to the direction of E, the team leader belonging to Defendant B, the team leader at Defendant B, the Plaintiff fell below the safety level and the main safety level of the above safety level (hereinafter referred to as the “instant accident”). On April 10, 2010, the Plaintiff suffered damage to 11-12 chests and 12 strokes, dypine damage to the external steel structure of the instant construction site, 8 meters high, and then fixed the outer wall to the outer wall of the transformation room with the outer wall, and then attached the outer wall with the outer wall, the safety level level and the main safety level fell below the lower (hereinafter referred to as the “instant accident”). C. The Plaintiff had been hospitalized over the period from 10-11 to 11, 2014 due to the instant accident. From April 10, 2010 to February 11, 2014, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Jeonnam University Hospital, Hanyang University Hospital, F Hospital, G Hospital, Seoul Medical Center, H hospital, H hospital, I hospital, K hospital, K hospital, K hospital, Incheon Industrial Complex, etc.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion that Defendant EPP Construction is proceeding with the work process at the construction site of this case.
