A. The relationship and status of the parties 1) The non-party E and the defendant B are married couples. The plaintiff and the defendant C and the defendant D are their own consciousness and have their family relations with the plaintiff and the defendants. 2) The network E and the defendant D established the Dispute Resolution Fund on February 21, 2008 with a total of 5,000 shares issued on February 21, 2008. The above company's shares were held 2,00 shares, 1,50 shares, 1,50 shares, 1,50 shares, and 2,00 shares owned by the plaintiff and the defendants. On August 16, 2011, the plaintiff and the defendants were succeeded to 200 shares, 3,00 shares, 200 shares, and 2,000 shares were transferred to the plaintiff and the defendants through Busan Family Court Decision 2012Mo28, 2012BB11 and 2012B414 and 34414 shares, respectively,

3) The Defendants, upon the death of the above E, refused to transfer a title to the shares inherited as above, filed a lawsuit with Busan District Court Decision 2012Da90661, which sought implementation of the transfer of a title to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was finally decided on July 3, 2013 to implement the transfer of a title to the inherited shares to the Defendants. (B) The Plaintiff and the Defendant B, who is the internal director of the Plaintiff and the Defendant B, succeeded to the management right of the Plaintiff to the Defendant B, the representative of the said company, who is the shareholder of the said company, and the Defendant B terminated the Plaintiff’s joint and several sureties as the representative of the said company, paid retirement allowances and unpaid benefits to the Plaintiff, and prepared an agreement with the management to assume responsibility for all the liabilities incurred after succession to the company.
