A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a victim B (a person, 20 years of age) and a person who had been in a relationship with him/her from January 2018, and a person who living together with the victim from June 2018 to August 21, 2018.
1. On February 26, 2018, at the entrance of the health club located under the “Ctel of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the victim was living, the Defendant forced the victim to dynasium without properly arranging the relationship with his/her male-friendly body at the entrance of the health club located under the “Ctel of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” and forced the victim to knife one hand by sticking the width of metal material with his/her knife, and then with the victim’s knife “I want to die if you live. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim to commit an act of non-performance of obligation.
2. Rape;
