A claim for reimbursement of insurance money paid to Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. on March 17, 200 under a performance guarantee insurance contract concluded between the Plaintiff and Defendant New Airport Co., Ltd. and the insured as Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. on or around July 1998 (Defendant D is inherited as the heir of the network E)
