1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.
According to Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000 to the Defendant on July 17, 2014, up to September 30, 2015, and up to 0.5% of the interest month can be acknowledged.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 100 million won of the loan and the damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum from March 10, 2016 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, from March 10, 2016 to the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
