B. According to the above fact of recognition of liability, the defendant is liable for tort since the accident of this case occurred due to negligence, although the defendant should have an appropriate organization so that the plaintiff can safely perform maintenance work and create a maintenance environment.

C. The limitation of liability is limited, however, that the Plaintiff has contributed to the expansion of the damage of this case by using small Jak other than Jak at the time of the accident of this case.

As such, the defendant's liability is limited to 80%.

2. In addition to the scope of compensation for damage, each item of the attached Table of the calculation of damages shall be the same as the corresponding item, and in principle, the period for the convenience of calculation shall be calculated on a monthly basis, but less than the last month and less than KRW 1 shall be discarded.
