1. On July 11, 2019, at around 09:50 on the road located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) destroyed property to cover KRW 759,000 for repair expenses; (b) prevented the victim from operating a taxi by stopping the E-business taxi in front of the Gangseo-gu C Center located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while driving the customers, and putting the e-mail down on the e-mail while taking a bath; and (c) interfered with the operation of the said victim’s taxi by placing the e-6 minutes of repair expenses on several occasions, such as towing the vehicle and leaving the e-mail with the hand and the elbbow; and (d) interfered with the said victim’s affairs concerning the operation of the taxi.

On July 11, 2019, the Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the foregoing act, and was transferred to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station on July 11, 2019, left the place where “I will go to his house” under the influence of alcohol, and led the Defendant to frank or fright by rough words and actions at the Seoul Gangseo Police Station criminal and the office of the Seoul Gangseo Police Station, which is a government office, with the influence of alcohol, such as “I am feas,” “I am feas,” and “I amfas,” and “I ambas, I amfas,” and “I ambas, I am to the police officer who was working at that place, with the influence of alcohol.”
