1. The defendant shall pay 70,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 9, 2019 to the day of full payment.

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. Judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)

Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019), the part of the claim that is claimed in excess of the annual 12% of the Plaintiff’s damages claim is dismissed.
