The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The Defendant, as the representative director of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, is an employer who runs a new sales business using 100 full-time workers.
When an employee dies or retires, the employer shall pay wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within 14 days from the date on which the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant, despite the fact that he/she has been working at E stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, Gangnam-gu from March 29, 2014 to February 26, 2016.
Wages 2,916,773 of retired workers F were not paid within 14 days from the date of the above retirement.
2. Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, Article 109 (2) and (1), and Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act (an indication of non-existence of punishment on November 10, 2016, which is after the institution of public prosecution);
