If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On July 8, 2018, Defendants pretended to go through a wedding hall that does not have any connection with each other and conspired to receive the answer money in order to acquire it by fraud as if the scam scam was paid by means of a congested gap.

On July 8, 2018, at around 12:50, the Defendants: (a) informed the victim F’s husband’s wedding ceremony receipt box in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) informed the network, Defendant C had an opportunity to look at the surrounding movement in order to cause confusion with many visitors; and (c) Defendant A, as the above receipt was done as if he had paid the money for congratulations; and (d) provided a false statement to the manager in the name of the stable receipt box, “if he paid the money for congratulations, he would cause the said manager to pay the money for congratulations”; (b) by deceiving the manager, the Defendant B received three bags of the answer sheet containing KRW 10,00,00 by deceiving the manager by means of the same method, and issued one answer bag containing KRW 10,000,000.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim and received a total of 40,000 won from the victim.

1. Defendant A and B acknowledged the fact that they acquired each of their answer money, but argued that they did not conspired with each of the Defendants. Defendant C did not conspired with the Defendants to commit the instant crime, and Defendant C also tried to arrest a person who obtained the answer money in cooperation with the police and attempted to arrest a person who obtained the answer money in a marriage ceremony. On the same day, Defendant A and B merely went to the scene for arresting the criminal for the same reason.

According to the above evidence, the defendant B and C are married with a prison, which is immediately before the crime of this case.
